After shot-blasting the substrate to a CSP-3 profile, two layers of Cem-Kote Flex Floor were applied at a combined thickness of 4 mm, with a non-slip quartz broadcast keyed into the second coat. The cementitious matrix offered immediate alkali resistance and reached forklift-ready strength within 18 hours of final application.
The customer resumed full three-shift production on Monday morning. Follow-up inspections at 6 and 12 months show no surface degradation, delamination, or staining from cleaning chemicals.
